Terms of Service

By accessing or using RainSleep (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

RainSleep is provided for personal, non-commercial relaxation, sleep, and focus. You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or rehost our audio files as your own;
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

RainSleep's public sound library can be streamed without an account or payment. Free listening does not include a promise that audio files can be downloaded. An account is required to use the music generator so generated audio and any available credits can be associated with the correct user.

RainSleep may offer optional paid credits for AI generation. Creem provides checkout as the Merchant of Record. Before you confirm a purchase, checkout will show the applicable price, currency, credit quantity, and any product-specific conditions. Those checkout details form part of these terms. No purchase is required to stream the public sound library.

Credit packs are one-time purchases, are non-expiring, and do not create a subscription or auto-renewal. Creem processes payment details; RainSleep does not store your full payment-card number or security code. If purchased credits are not delivered, or you believe a charge is duplicated or unauthorized, contact us with the transaction details. Used credits are generally non-refundable, subject to rights required by applicable law. For a provider-verified full refund, RainSleep reverses the entire purchased credit quantity for that order. A partial refund enters manual review and is not automatically prorated into a credit adjustment. We assess refund requests based on the circumstances, the checkout terms, and applicable law; this does not promise automatic approval or a particular outcome.

The RainSleep name, website, and curated audio library are protected by intellectual property laws. Streaming for personal listening is permitted; you do not acquire ownership of any audio. Sounds you create with the AI Generator are yours to use for personal purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying generation providers.

RainSleep supports relaxation and sleep habits but is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Content is for general wellbeing only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for persistent sleep, anxiety, or health concerns.

We strive to keep RainSleep available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RainSleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
